What Should I Bring?

Just yourself, your guests, and anything you’d like to eat or drink. We provide everything else: décor, setup, and cleanup included.

What happens if I arrive late?

We include a 15-minute grace period to keep things relaxed. After that, time is deducted from your session to keep our schedule flowing. If you’re running late, just give us a quick call or text.

What’s the policy on alcohol?

You’re welcome to enjoy champagne, wine, or your favorite drinks responsibly. Just no red wine, as it loves to stain our beautiful setups.

Are kids allowed on the boats?

Yes! Children are welcome with adult supervision. Life jackets are provided, and kids 12 and under must wear one while on board.

What safety measures are in place?

Your safety is always our priority. Each cruise includes life vests, a licensed captain, and weather monitoring to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

What’s your refund policy?

Cancel 48 hours before your picnic for a refund or one-time reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

What if it rains or the weather looks bad?

If the Captain determines conditions are unsafe, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain does not automatically cancel a picnic or cruise

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Changes are free 48+ hours before your start time. Within 48 hours, you can receive a one-time credit to rebook. Day-of changes follow our refund policy.

Damage & Cleaning

Guests are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning; a refundable security hold may apply.

Age & Safety

Life jackets provided; anyone drinking must be 21+ with valid ID; children 12 and under must wear a life jacket.
